Computational Analysis Lab

The scope of work for the new Computational Analysis Lab includes demolition, construction of new walls, and installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The project also covers the installation of doors, hardware, ceilings, flooring, painting, fire alarm systems, and sprinklers.

The Statement of work specifies the creation of two independent research suites for Dr. Ong and Dr. Timmons, who are scheduled to occupy the spaces in the Fall semester of 2023. This includes demolition, new wall construction, door installation, and updates to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Additionally, the project involves modifications to fire alarm and sprinkler systems, as well as enhancements to AV and IT infrastructure. The scope also includes flooring, painting, lighting, and acoustic control to meet the specific needs of the researchers, in accordance with the 100CD plans and specifications.
